Samsara Welcomes Lisa Bate as Architecture Advisor to Champion Sustainable Building Innovation

Samsara Materials, an innovator in sustainable building materials, is proud to welcome Lisa Bate, ICD.D, FRAIC, LEED AP BD+C, as its new Architecture Advisor. A globally respected sustainability executive, Lisa has held influential positions as Board Chair at CarbonCure, the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC), and the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC). She brings unparalleled expertise in high-performance, sustainable, and resilient design. Known for her leadership in Net Zero Carbon Design and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues, Lisa’s experience will be instrumental in guiding Samsara’s growth and aligning its mission with global standards in sustainable architecture. Having lived in four countries across three continents (Canada, China, France, and the US) and delivered projects in over 25 countries, her global perspective will further enhance Samsara’s outreach and impact.

As a passionate advocate for CleanTech in architecture, Bate will also advise Samsara on scaling its materials to support global sustainability objectives.
